How charter pricing works

One price, whole helicopter. A private Robinson R44 for up to three passengers. Your combined passenger and bag weight is confirmed when you book, and on hot summer afternoons the helicopter may carry two.
The flight home is included. After a drop-off the helicopter returns to Palm Springs, and that is already in the price.
Coming back the same day? We can wait for you or come back for you. Waiting time and overnights are quoted separately.
Some flights take longer. Los Angeles and San Diego arrivals often need extra air traffic routing, and flights past about 120 nautical miles stop for fuel each way. Both are added to your quote.
Plan ahead. 48 hours' notice is best. Coachella, Stagecoach and BNP Paribas weekends book out weeks ahead.
Weather first. We fly in good visibility only. If the weather cancels your flight, you get a full refund or a new date.

Prices are planning figures in US dollars, before any airport or landing fees. Landings at wineries, estates and event grounds need the landowner's permission, so we quote the nearest airport unless that is arranged.
